C 396884 (hereinafter the “Ewoque“), is a boutique firm providing top-notch consultancy to business owners and top management.

We believe that the responsible use of personal information collected on our website and through other sources is critical to our business’ objectives and reputation. As part of our commitment to privacy, we have adopted this General Privacy Notice in order to comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR“), as well as with the applicable national legislation.

Transparency and purpose of the processing of personal data

Information passed between client and Ewoque

When providing our services, especially in the field of tax advisory, human capital and business consulting, to you, our clients, we may process personal data collected on behalf of you. Although this processing occurs on an exceptional and occasional basis, we may only process personal data that we have obtained from you or on behalf of you from third parties. We are entitled to do so under the title of contract performance or our legitimate interest. 

Duration or timeframe required for processing your personal data

We will only retain the personal data you provide for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where it is necessary for the operation of our business or required by you or by law or other legal process.
